Wild Wombs is a workshop open to anyone who wants to come together in supporting hormonal health and honouring our wombs. We will explore tools for looking after ourselves, including gentle yoga practice, some time to journal, self-touch, breath-work, and guided relaxation (yoga nidra). There will be the opportunity to share your experience (only if you want to) and to share what has helped you. Jules, an experienced Yoga Teacher, and accredited Yoga Therapist, will be guiding the workshop.
