A 2 hour Yin and Yang workshop led by Amanda Wright, suitable for all ages and abilities.
Enjoy the best of both worlds…we will mix the strengthening of the body with an active Yang practice with the softening of the mind through the holding of Yin poses.
We will start off with some long-held Yin poses with their challenge of stillness and frustrations, then we'll move into a more dynamic flow interspersed with more Yin and finishing with a nourishing long Savasana (Rest).
As always bring curiosity and playfulness.
