Join us for a delicious 2 hours of floor based, deep stretching Yin yoga with experienced practitioner and teacher Amanda Wright.
Each month will be inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine, looking at postures that support the body through the seasons and accompanied with wise words and readings.
A slow practice with challenges to body and mind as shapes are held for time. This class is open to all abilities and particularly good for those working on flexibility, supporting injury or those newer to yoga.
