Demystifying Elements of Ashtanga Yoga.
Including Ujjayi Breathing (Victorious Breath), the energy locks, Mula (Root), Uddiyana (Upward lifting) and Jalanhara (Chin) Bandha's, the Dristhi (Looking Points) and Surya Namaskars A and B (Sun Salutations) and some tips on the Vinyasas (Breathing and movement system) between the seated poses.
This session will be informative and yet playful with a chance to ask questions from this skilled experienced teacher!
