Join the wonderful Siobhan Coffey in a quest for rest.
The purpose of this workshop is to really take the time to explore and connect to our meditation, vinyasa and restorative yoga practices.
For the first hour, we will build some heat and warmth through the asana (postural) practice. Once the body has moved and stretched, the next thirty minutes will be an embodied meditation to quieten the mind. The final sixty minutes will be deeply restful, we’ll be floor bound supported by bolsters, blocks and blankets allowing us to drop into profound rest.
Restorative yoga is deeply healing for the nervous, immune and digestive systems allowing us to take a step back from the daily stresses of life and still the mind.
