For six weeks - every Monday from 7th October to 11th November, 6-7pm we'll offer you the opportunity to learn the basics of yoga in a safe, fun & supportive environment.
A chance to finesse your existing practice or to begin your yoga journey! All shapes, sizes, and fitness levels more than welcome.
Each week we'll tackle a different area of the body and learn how to align it correctly in some traditional poses. There'll be a chance to ask questions but mainly we will get you moving your body, allow you to become familiar with poses that'll enable you to go on to practice safely at any open level class or at home!
Not only does the regular practice of yoga improve your strength & flexibility but it also builds mindful awareness - a winning combination that makes you feel great!
The course will be led by Hannah Turner Voakes and Laura Pye.
