Water Mandala: Opening the hips and groin.
Mandala Yoga recognises the classical elements; Fire, Water, Air and Earth as being connected to specific areas of the body and their associated chakras.
Tight hips act as a 'gate keeper' for many yoga poses, and are a challenging area for many people. This workshop will focus on safely opening the hips, as well as finding fluid movement in our practice.
All abilities welcome, though some experience recommended.
