The third in our series of four workshops aimed at developing your practice will focus on Back bends and Twists.
Opening and stretching the shoulders, thighs and back to allow the possibility of some challenging but deeply energising poses.
We'll make sure the spine is properly warmed up with twists and forward folds to insure safety and health of the lower back.
