The second in our series of four workshops aimed at developing your practice will focus on Chataranga and the arm balance Crow!
Building arm and core strength, we will break down both of these poses, to understand correct alignment. Chataranga, is a challenging pose, often practiced incorrectly, which can cause long term damage or strain so this class will be great for new yogi's and those that have practiced for a number of years to insure you practice the pose thats right for your body, safely and correctly.
Crow pose, like all arm balances comprises of 50% strength and flexibilty, 50% play - an open mind and acceptance are essential!
All abilities, ages and levels of fitness very welcome.
