A pre-Christmas Retro Aerobics and Yoga workshop hosted by Glow! We are delighted to announce a workshop that will involve all the sparkle, colour & spangle of the season, with a retro killer soundtrack to boot.

It's happening on Saturday 8th December and will run from 2pm - 3:45pm.

Hosted in our studio above Paper Dress Vintage bar and clothes store which will be offering a special discount of 10% off on all clothes and drinks and bottles of Prosecco for £20 (instead of £26) for those attending the workshop.

This workshop will be in two parts:

Part 1: Frankie Friday will start us off with some seriously uplifting 70s & 80s Aerobics, working your entire body to music. Expect grapevines, knee curls & a whole lotta wooping! This is high energy so bring your A game and get ready to sweat!

Part 2: Andy Yogalinksy will then lead us through a creative Vinyasa flow yoga series. This will invigorate the mind, body & soul and leave you feel inspired & rejuvenated. Get ready to feel the most colourful & zen you have ever felt.

The team at Glow love to dress up! So wear any 70s/80s themed gear you have and of course we will have fancy dress to top you up!

This workshop is for ALL LEVELS with no previous dance or yoga experience required.
