Improving balance & coordination - on & off the mat!
Balance affects everything we do in moving – standing, walking, dancing and running. Most importantly, it affects how we feel about ourselves as we move through life.
This workshop will help improve your movement efficiency and confidence – for your mind and body.
We will experiment with balances through the vinyasa flow
practice and encouraging a gentle playfulness to balances - if we fall, smile to ourselves and have another go!
The workshop will include an active yoga practice, pranayama, guided meditation, and a restorative practice to leave students feeling deeply rested.
All levels are welcome!
