Annapurna (Anna) is a 300-hour vinyasa yoga teacher, passionate about mental health on and off the mat. Her classes combine her extensive training as a psychotherapist using body, humanistic and transpersonal traditions with a slow vinyasa flow to help you become more aware of your embodied responses to stress.
Infused with storytelling rooted in her Irish and Indian heritage, classes focus on mindful breathing to calm the nervous system and encourage mountains of compassion, curiosity and playfulness! Anna has been teaching yoga since 2017 including holding yoga classes for refugees and those affected by the Grenfell fire.
She has been training as a psychotherapist since 2015.
