Every Thursday from 7th July - 11th August - 12:30pm
This 6 week course will be an introduction to Yoga Therapy, and will offer you a range of different practices from the yoga tradition to experiment with. These practices will be taught slowly and each week will build on the one before. Yoga Therapy includes working with the body, breath, mind and harnessing the bodies inner wisdom.
The group will be limited in numbers to allow for individual support if needed. Each week, we will cover a different theme, and there will be a strong focus on supporting you to identify what works for you.
This course might be a good option for people looking to incorporate a body led discipline to support themselves with low energy, low mood, anxiety or if recovering from an injury, although it is open to all. Every week, you will be given optional journalling prompts to do in between sessions.
Accessible to all, beginners and experienced yogis.

Julia Caird (Jules) is a qualified yoga teacher and an accredited yoga therapist. She has completed 950 hours training, and regularly runs yoga therapy groups, workshops and sees 1:1s. She is a trainee psychotherapist and has regular supervision.
