Amanda will guide you through 90 minutes of Yin yoga, allowing time to slow down, turn our focus inwards with some mindfulness techniques, and physically drop into the deeper layers of connective tissue, ligaments and even down to the bones!
We'll be holding poses for 3-5 minutes at a time, so props, cushions and blankets are helpful for support.
This class can offer strong stretches and a challenge for the body and the mind, but it is suitable for all abilities and great for injuries.
