Monthly Sound Bath - release and recharge

Join Laura Klovaite for a relaxing soundbath session from 7.30-8.30 the first Monday of each month.

Come and experience this New Moon Monday evening sound bath with with Laura Klovaite who will be using gong, crystal bowls, therapeutic percussion and more.

You'll be laying down while the vibrations and sounds of the instruments work on all levels of your being.

No effort required, just close your eyes and fall into deep relaxation.

(YOGA MATS, BLANKETS, BOLSTERS, ETC. ARE ALL PROVIDED AT THE VENUE)

The method of sound bathing used in this session has been specifically designed to give the mind and body a deep rest and recharge your energy.

Laura combines the sound healing practises from the East and the sound therapy structure of the West to create a well rounded relaxation and introspection session.

A regular soundbath can be really beneficial for reducing stress, anxiety, muscle tension, pain and therefore alleviate many stress and tension related health conditions.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Soundbaths are not suitable for anyone who suffers from fits (epileptics), or anyone who is extremely sensitive to sound. They are also not recommended for women in the first trimester of pregnancy due to the unstable nature of pregnancy during that time. If you have any concerns, please speak with your doctor in advance.
