We offer you the opportunity to learn the basics of yoga in a safe, fun & supportive environment, every Monday for 4 weeks, starting Monday 22nd January at 7.15 - 8.15pm until Monday 19th February (no class on 5th Feb).
A chance to begin your yoga journey, or to fine tune your existing practice! All shapes, sizes, and fitness levels are more than welcome.
Each week we'll focus on a different area of the body and learn how to align it correctly in some traditional poses. There'll be a chance to ask questions but mainly we will get you moving your body, allowing you to become familiar with poses that will enable you to go on to practice safely at any open level class or at home!
Not only does the regular practice of yoga improve your strength & flexibility but it also builds mindful awareness - a winning combination that makes you feel great!
The course will be led by Hannah and Reetesh.
