In this two hour workshop learn how to harness healthy hamstrings!
This area of the body can be a common source of frustration for many yoga practitioners so we will explore why the hamstrings are so important to a fulfilling yoga practice and explore tips and tricks for healthy stretches.
Nathalie will guide you on specific actions in yoga postures using drills and props to lengthen the hamstrings and open the back of the knees without overworking the ligaments and joints. You will then learn how to apply these actions in both standing poses and forward folds.
Open to all levels of practitioners, this workshop will particularly benefit those who feel tight hamstrings hamper their practice and those who are hyper-extended in the knees.
Nathalie is renowned for her precise teaching method, detailed alignment cues and making seemingly difficult postures accessible to each individuals level and with nearly a decade of teaching experience behind her, you will be in expert hands!
