"On the final Sunday of each month our #SundaySeries will explore a new topic around self care, self knowledge and growth. We're here to help you find your voice, polish your shine, and live a more authentic, fulfilling life.
Our second workshop, hosted by Ellie, will focus on slowing down the mind and body so as to find a place of peace and harmony, and so increase our innate sense of trust and intuition in the body. The afternoon will open with a mindful Hatha sequence designed to energise, relieving stress and tension, and clear the mind.
The second half of the workshop will take us into a deeply nourishing restorative practice; a passive, yin-style sequence that uses the support of props in long-held, mat-based poses. * * *
All yoga abilities and bodies are welcome.
Students are invited to bring a pen and journal to take notes.
