With over 20 years of practice, 1000 hours of training and 5 years of teaching, Hannah is an experienced teacher in Vinyasa, Yin & pregnancy yoga.
Originally a Northern lass, Hannah aims to make the more spiritual side of yoga more palatable for a modern mind and delivers her classes with a large helping of humanity. She uses clear instructions for creative sequences - combining active flow and longer held postures and encourages students to look for a deep connection with their body. Paying particular attention to muscle alignment and breath, her classes offer a well-rounded work out.
